It caught my attention today that many are blaming the GDP stall in Q1 on cold weather.

If you have free time, could you plot us a graph that shows Q1 GDP growth and standard deviation from avg temps?

Lets use 1980 as a starting point. I'm curious the correlation between Harsh Winters and stunted growth (or decline) in GDP.

Since many are simplifying the anemic growth on weather, I figured I'd make it simple as well. Obviously, there are many more factors, but that's the point I am trying to make at the moment.
