Looks like moderate rainfall rates have returned over a lot of Harris County. Another flash flood warning has been issued. Unfortunately, Harvey looks like it has temporarily stalled/slowed down along the coastline.

There isn't a lot of rain by the center of circulation. There's been no wrap around for over 12 hours. On top of all this flooding going on, the ECMWF indicates this storm could circle back to the gulf and make a second landfall somewhere in SE Texas. It has been rather persistent in this idea versus the other models.

Wow. Sure got quiet. Any thoughts on what the next move may be with harvey? Not much to talk about, recon is still in the storm, models come out in the next couple hours but just basically a watch and see.
