I think many of the school districts are wary of pulling the plug - I think a lot of closures will start falling around 5AM tomorrow morning

So its currently at 31 in Kingwood and falling...I see the rain on the way. My question is, what does this have in store? Is this going to be worse than what the local news outlets are calling for? All the major school districts have now closed (Humble, Fort Bend, Cy Fair, Houston) for Tuesday
