Re: OCTOBER 2018 - Active WX Pattern Ahead

A strange, bright yellow orb has been spotted in the southern sky in College Station, mysteriously following a slow parabolic motion in the heavens over the course of the past 3 hours. This orb is reportedly producing significant radiant heat. Radiation from the high unusual meteorological event and...

Re: OCTOBER 2018 - First Fall Cold Front/Cool & Damp WX

Bryan/College Station and locations to the ENE are under a Moderate Risk for Excessive Rainfall today. I see that the Hill Country and the Highland Lakes are under the gun again with Heavy Rainfall. The Llano River continues to flood and is over roadways/bridges near Kingsland. The rest of the work...

Re: OCTOBER 2018 - First Fall Cold Front/Cool & Damp WX

Gonna be an awful year for brown patch. I've put down 2 doses of fungicide in the front already...and it's holding its own there. Have 1 more bag left. I may only hit some spots in the back that already have significant brown patch spots... but the goals is to preserve that look of green late April...

The strong Fall Front is heading S and has passed Amarillo and is near Lubbock. Freezing rain/drizzle mixed with snow is likely later tod...
